Does the world need another fitness essay or influencer? Nah.
I will merely share as evidence – that, I’m not preaching without actual lived experience…
Fitness, unquestionably, is one of the most important endeavors of my life, in terms of wellbeing and lessons about living well. Namely:
- Regularly clearing my mind
- Becoming finely attuned to the body, nutrition, and sleep
- Delayed gratification and patience
- Discipline
- Resilience in tough moments
- Pushing beyond my known limits
- Understanding and respecting the enormously powerful relationship between body and mind
