Does the world need another fitness essay or influencer? Nah.

I share merely to affirm personal psychological value – which compounds over a lifetime.

Fitness, unquestionably, is one of the most important endeavors of my life, in terms of wellbeing and lessons about living well. Namely:

  • Regularly clearing my mind
  • Becoming finely attuned to the body, nutrition, and sleep
  • Delayed gratification and patience
  • Discipline
  • Resilience in tough moments
  • Pushing beyond my known limits
  • Understanding and respecting the enormously powerful relationship between body and mind
